Job summary

Bell is seeking a Product Manager to drive end-to-end development and launch of innovative products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer and market data, and manage complex projects to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities include defining national strategy for network access, leveraging data to improve customer experience, and presenting business cases to senior leadership. Strong Agile experience and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or engineering is preferred.
• Experience building solutions to meet customer needs.
• Experience in product development or product management in telecom or home entertainment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for network access on national scale with Fibre delivery and access-agnostic products.
• Combine data analysis with creativity to improve CX.
• Drive NPIs supporting the CSB access strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to launch new products.
• Prepare concise documents and present recommendations to senior executives.
