Bell is seeking a Senior Product Owner, Digital to shape the long‑term direction of a high‑visibility digital portfolio. You will own product definitions, value propositions, and the lifecycle from concept to optimization, guiding agile teams and partnering across the organization.

In this role, you’ll influence senior stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations, drive measurable value, and ensure customer‑centric outcomes while delivering via a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in digital platforms, e-commerce, or telecoms.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise, with direct experience with development squads.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to identify trends and gaps through market analysis.
• Proven leadership and communication; able to influence stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Translate complex tech constraints into scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a strategic digital product vision aligning with Bell’s objectives and customers.
• Own the digital roadmap and backlog across multi-team initiatives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and translate market requirements into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and marketing for seamless delivery and GTM execution.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on strategy, risks, and progress to senior leadership.
• Track performance and optimize initiatives for revenue, engagement, and retention.
