Job summary
Bell is seeking a Senior Manager for Accounting Systems & Finance Transformation to drive system integrations, optimize processes, and shape the roadmap for our financial platforms. You will partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure accuracy, governance, and strategic impact across the organization.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team, oversee automation and AI initiatives, and ensure robust controls and audit readiness while guiding the future of our financial systems in
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in finance, accounting, or related IT areas.
- Experience with SAP/S/4HANA in retail is highly desirable.
- CPA or equivalent finance experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as Finance Lead for SAP-related initiatives and revenue/COGS recognition.
- Coordinate IT, Operations, and Finance requirements and testing.
- Advise stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
- Lead process optimization, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Contribute to SAP financial platform roadmap and governance.
- Ensure data quality, reporting capabilities, and audit readiness.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team.
