Job summary

Mint is a creative agency seeking a Strategy Director to guide and mentor a team of strategists and analysts, leading our agency’s strategic planning efforts. You will help grow relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor, while collaboratively directing teams to deliver bold and effective work.

Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will play a senior role in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with clients’ business goals, operating within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in Brand and Communications Strategy in an integrated agency.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Analytical and creative thinker with cross-channel expertise.
• Proven leadership of strategy teams.
• Fluent in English; Canada work eligibility.
• Open to hybrid work culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor strategists and analysts to deliver bold work.
• Grow client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with client goals.
• Lead research and establish measurement approaches.
