You will lead design across brand, campaign, and digital projects, define high standards of craft, and mentor designers while collaborating with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams. The role centers on hands‑on involvement and confident client presentation.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $155,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of Mint’s total rewards program.
