Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Direct Response Creative Strategist to own our brand’s creative direction. You’ll work directly with founders, shaping angles, researching markets, and briefing 15 briefs weekly across product lines.

You’ll mentor junior strategists and coordinate with editors to keep production fast and effective. You’ll join a lean, high-performance team with mentorship from operators who’ve scaled brands to 8-9 figures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in direct response creative strategy, with hands-on health, wellness or supplements experience.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-spend ads (>$100k in a month).
• Fluency with Meta Ads Manager metrics: CPA, CTR, AOV, RPV.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for the brand from angle ideation to brief development and analysis.
• Produce ~15 briefs per week across product lines and funnels.
• Review briefs from juniors and collaborate with editors to ensure fast, tight production.
