A career as a Solutions Architect Integrator in the Digital Delivery and Banking Services team at National Bank means participating in large-scale digital transformation and hyperautomation projects that challenge you to excel while working closely with various sectors of the Bank. This position allows you to make a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in system integration, process automation, cloud solutions and services, enterprise-wide solution delivery, as well as your strong business acumen and excellent communication and influencing skills.

Your Role
• Facilitate interactive workshops with stakeholders to understand their business needs and involve them in the solution design process.
• Design technology solutions aimed at automating the Bank's processes.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging hyperautomation to make these automations smarter and more flexible.
• Integrate developed solutions into the existing ecosystem while driving its evolution.
• Ensure that developed solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and document any technical debt when deviations occur.
• Coach your peers to share your knowledge with them.

Requirements
• Completed bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or completed master's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of several of the following technologies/tools: AWS services (Textract, Comprehend, Sagemaker, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, Lambda, etc.), MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Camunda, Kafka, Low Code/No Code, Python, JavaScript, APIs, LLM (Azure OpenAI, MS CoPilot).
• Experience as a solutions architect in a complex organization.
• Experience in task and process improvement and automation.
• Experience using artificial intelligence solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops with IT and non-IT stakeholders.
