Your role

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs (functional and non-functional) with the aim of designing quality end-to-end technical solutions that are composable and aligned with business objectives.
2. Integration Technology Expertise: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and appropriate tools for each project, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
3. Integration Pattern: Identify appropriate integration patterns such as APIs, streaming, MSA, containerization/serverless that allow scalability, maintainability, are decoupled, secure, and cost-effective.
4. Domain Driven Design (DDD): Apply DDD principles to solve complex problems while delivering a composable architecture.
5. Web and Mobile Technology: Design modular, reusable, and interoperable web and mobile solutions for easy integration and rapid creation of omnichannel, responsive, and simple experiences.
6. Cloud expertise: Develop native or hybrid Cloud solutions by identifying the most appropriate AWS services for the project, such as Serverless and/or containers.
7. Security and Risk Management: Implement robust security measures to protect data, applications, and systems, ensuring data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
8. Leadership and Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting and explaining technical solutions, while leading and mentoring a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology with ten years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with eight years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a solutions architect, especially with large-scale, complex solutions.
• Deep knowledge of software design and development using JEE, Spring Boot, Kafka, and frontend technologies like React and/or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with API security standards such as SSO, OAuth2, OIDC.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EKS, Serverless), and databases like Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache Redis, and S3.
• Mastery of modern ecosystem concepts including composable architecture, microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, Web and Mobile solutions, security, and Cloud services.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development/release lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of REST, WebSocket, and SSE.
• Experience with performance optimization solutions.
• AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional certification is an asset.
