You will mentor teammates, contribute to estimations, and help deploy designs to production in a collaborative, innovative environment.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field;
• Have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solution design;
• Be recognized for strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities;
• Have a solid understanding of complex application environments and experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Have knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, particularly in underwriting and new business operations (an asset);
• Have experience with several of the following technologies and platforms: Azure DevOps, .NET 8, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, BizTalk, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and mainframe environments;
• Have leveraged Artificial Intelligence capabilities to design, develop, or optimize modern web-based products and services within Azure DevOps environments.

Intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written, as approximately 20% of daily tasks are conducted in English. These tasks include leading virtual meetings, delivering presentations, and writing emails with English-speaking partners and vendors. Advanced French proficiency, both spoken and written.
