Job summary

Ateko is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant to help clients transform business processes using the ServiceNow platform. You will guide design, configuration, and implementation as a trusted advisor across engagements.

In this remote Canada role, you will partner with sales, lead workshops, and ensure governance while staying current with ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM or CSM.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA required; CIS ITSM/ITOM/HRSD preferred.

• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define requirements and align with best practices.
• Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses.
• Create solution proposals and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
• Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards and client governance frameworks.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
• Recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing client environments.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design, configuration, and implementation to maximize the value of their investment.

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Solution Design & Advisory
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

  • Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses.

  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.>
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, or CSM.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) preferred.
