Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Senior Associate, Sr. ServiceNow Developer, to architect and implement ServiceNow workflows for cybersecurity operations.

The role focuses on incident response, detection engineering, alert correlation, and client interaction models within a global managed services practice. You will integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, and ticketing systems, leveraging CSM/ITSM/TPSM modules and scripting skills to support ISO27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and NIST frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on CSM, TPSM and ITSM modules.
• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, GlideScript) and REST API usage.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and NIST frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for cybersecurity operations (incident response, detection engineering tracking, alert correlation).
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms (SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, ticketing systems).
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to reflect cyber operations performance.
• Collaborate with cyber analysts, engineers, service delivery, and leadership to meet operational needs.
