BMO Financial Group is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing ITSM, GRC, and automation solutions, with AI capabilities to enhance operations and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a track record delivering scalable workflows, integrations, and CMDB/Service Mapping in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• 5+ years implementing enterprise ITSM solutions within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with AI capabilities and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow apps and modules.
• Develop scalable workflows, integrations, UI policies, business rules, and Catalog items.
• Lead ITSM, GRC/IRM implementations and platform upgrades with performance tuning.
• Create design specs and deployment procedures for enterprise use.
