Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to ensure stability, security, performance, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across all environments. You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to maintain a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform while enabling continuous evolution of capabilities.

You will manage platform access, integrations, and changes, participate in upgrades, monitor performance, and drive governance processes in alignment with ISO 27001

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years administering enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with roles, groups, permissions, and security on ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OAuth; SSO awareness.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• DevOps tools and change management experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow across development, testing, pre-production, and production environments.
• Plan and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Coordinate environment cloning and manage incidents affecting the platform.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance on the platform.
• Maintain access control, roles, and identity management.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to evolve capabilities.
