Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and expand enterprise ServiceNow solutions in Toronto. You will translate complex requirements into tested applications, build integrations, and lead platform governance with a focus on scalability and reliability.

You will demonstrate strong SDLC/Agile practices, drive platform modernization, and maintain or upgrade configurations, roles, and security.

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
Experience developing custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies, testing, deployment, and code management practices.
Demonstrated experience building roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies.
Experience administering ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments.
ServiceNow CIS-VR certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and expand data pipelines and ServiceNow solutions.
Translate technical requirements into working, tested applications.
Develop detailed programming specifications and generate code, with unit testing.
Resolve and troubleshoot issues during deployment, migrations, and operation of software packages.
