Job summary

Bevertec is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and expand data pipelines, translate complex specs into tested applications, and lead platform governance in a Toronto office setting.

The role requires 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform, strong governance experience, CIS-VR certification, and ITIL v4 Foundation. Expect enterprise-scale upgrades, deployments, and hands-on development support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with architecture and governance
• Administer ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments
• Experience upgrades, patching, release management, cloning and instance health
• CIS-VR certification and ITIL v4 Foundation or higher preferred
• Ability to translate technical specs into tested applications and solutions
• Operational support, deployment coordination and change management for ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and expand data pipelines via ETL for ServiceNow-based solutions
• Develop specifications, write and test code, and ensure platform reliability
• Provide technical problem resolution and migration/conversion support
