Job summary

IBM is seeking Integration Experts to join our SuccessFactors & HR Talent Technologies practice. This is primarily a remote role, with occasional travel to client sites across Canada.

You will design, implement, and integrate HR technology landscapes spanning SAP SuccessFactors HXM, S/4 HANA HCM, UKG, and WorkForce Software, leading cross-functional teams and offshore partners. You will define integration architecture, drive testing and go-live support, and mentor junior team members to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client-facing experience leading complex interface design and architecture efforts.
• Proven Integration Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation projects, including Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid deployments.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Strong technical proficiency in XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON, and integrating via RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week based on client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, driving complex interface architecture, technical design, and issue resolution.
• Define and manage integration scope for HR implementations across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA HCM.
• Apply hands-on expertise in middleware platforms and lead offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams providing technical leadership.
