Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Data & Integration. You will drive data migration, replication, and integration across SAP SuccessFactors and ECC/S/4HANA environments, configuring BIB and Infoporter solutions, and ensuring HR data integrity.

You will lead data assessment, migration activities, validation, and production loads, while collaborating with data leads and project leadership to support cutover readiness and testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Experience using Infoporter for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and migration support.
• Experience executing HR data migration and conversion activities.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and HR master data structures.
• Experience supporting ECC and/or S/4HANA integrated landscapes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex project deliverables.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of data assessment, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for Employee Central implementations and conversions.
• Configure and execute data migration activities for Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Central HR data, and historical employee records.
• Develop and maintain migration workbooks, transformation rules, and validation reports.
• Execute mock conversions, reconciliation cycles, and production data loads.
• Analyze and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Configure and support BIB frameworks for data replication.
• Configure replication models between Employee Central and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Validate initial data loads and ongoing replication processes.
• Troubleshoot replication failures and data synchronization issues.
• Produce migration metrics, quality reports, and readiness assessments.
