Job summary

Infosquash seeks an experienced SAP HR Consultant to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, enabling daily synchronization of users, positions and organizational elements into S/4HANA HR infotypes.

You will maintain the HR Mini Master, support GRC provisioning, and ensure payroll data flows smoothly. The role requires hands-on middleware monitoring and strong problem-solving skills in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years SAP HR functional experience with hands-on integration between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
• Experience configuring and maintaining the S/4HANA HR Mini Master and related infotypes.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central data models and mappings to S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with GRC Access Control integration for HR provisioning.
• Exposure to Payroll data dependencies and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting middleware logs (CPI/PI/PO).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master.
• Ensure daily synchronization of users, positions, and organizational elements to S/4HANA infotypes.
• Enable integration for GRC provisioning and role assignments.
• Provide payroll integration support and ensure data accuracy for payroll processing.
• Monitor integration logs, troubleshoot failures, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams for escalation and resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation for integrations, mappings, and workflows.
• Propose process improvements for faster, more reliable synchronization.
