Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant for SuccessFactors Employee Central Data & Integration to drive data migration, replication, and integration across SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECC/S/4HANA. You will configure BIB and Infoporter solutions, validate HR data, and support testing and cutover readiness.

You will collaborate with Data Leads and project teams to ensure data governance, quality, and successful replication across landscapes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting BIB (Business Integration Builder).
• Experience using Infoporter for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and migration support.
• Experience executing HR data migration and conversion activities.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and HR master data structures.
• Experience supporting ECC and/or S/4HANA integrated landscapes.

The Senior Consultant, SuccessFactors Employee Central Data & Integration, is responsible for executing data migration, replication, and integration activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. Working closely with the Data Lead and project leadership, this role independently configures and supports Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Infoporter solutions, executes data migration activities, validates HR data integrity, and supports integration testing and cutover readiness.

The Senior Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for Employee Central data structures, replication processes, and HR data migration activities, providing technical guidance to project teams while ensuring alignment with established data governance and implementation standards.

Essential Functions:

Data Migration & Conversion

• Lead execution of data assessment, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities for Employee Central implementations and conversions
• Configure and execute data migration activities for Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Employee Central HR data, and historical employee records
• Develop and maintain migration workbooks, transformation rules, and validation reports
• Execute mock conversions, reconciliation cycles, and production data loads
• Analyze and resolve data quality issues throughout the migration lifecycle
• Support cutover planning and execute data-related cutover activities

BIB & Replication Configuration

• Configure and support Business Integration Builder (BIB) frameworks for employee and organizational data replication
• Configure replication models and mapping structures between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC/S/4HANA
• Execute and validate initial data loads and ongoing replication processes
• Troubleshoot replication failures and data synchronization issues
• Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution activities
• Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure successful replication outcomes

Infoporter Configuration & Data Validation

• Configure and maintain Infoporter extraction and validation solutions
• Develop and execute data extracts, validation reports, and reconciliation processes
• Support data transformation and audit activities using Infoporter tools
• Validate employee, organizational, compensation, and foundation data across integrated systems
• Produce migration metrics, quality reports, and readiness assessments

Testing & Deployment Support

• Develop and execute SIT, UAT, payroll, and regression testing scenarios related to data migration and replication
• Validate end-to-end data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP systems
• Document and manage defects through resolution
• Support deployment planning, mock cutovers, and go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live stabilization and production support

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with Data Leads, Functional Consultants, Integration Consultants, and client teams to deliver successful implementations
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to consultants and associate consultants
• Contribute to delivery methodologies, accelerators, and best practices
• Support compliance with data privacy, security, and governance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience
• 3+ years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation experience
• Experience configuring and supporting BIB (Business Integration Builder)
• Experience using Infoporter for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and migration support
• Experience executing HR data migration and conversion activities
• Strong understanding of Employee Central data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and HR master data structures
• Experience supporting ECC and/or S/4HANA integrated landscapes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently on complex project deliverables
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills

Desired Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI
• Multi-country Employee Central implementation experience
• Experience supporting Payroll, Time, or Finance integrations
• Brownfield or hybrid ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation experience
