Job summary

Aquiva and Hapi seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead production-grade Salesforce apps with AI tooling integrated throughout the lifecycle. You will own features from client clarifications to release, in a small-to-medium team that values fast, reliable delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce development, daily use of AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents), strong testing practices, and the ability to explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development experience with production-grade apps.
• Daily use of AI tooling: Cursor, Claude Code, custom agents.
• English proficiency at B2+ for daily discussions.
• Strong testing practices with unit tests for reliable releases.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce apps for production use.
• Engage directly with clients to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Use agentic AI tools as part of the development workflow.
• Collaborate with business roles to align on objectives.
• Own the test suite and ensure important cases are covered.
