Job summary

AGF Management Limited is seeking a Salesforce AI & Data Cloud Solutions Engineer to modernize our CRM ecosystem using Data Cloud, Data360, Agentforce, and advanced Salesforce capabilities.

You will own architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support across Salesforce, Data360, and Agentforce, delivering AI-powered workflows and trusted data foundations for Sales and Analytics use cases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Sales Cloud.
• Strong Flow Builder knowledge and governance practices.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, modelling, ETL and performance.
• Exposure to Data Cloud (Data360) and Agentforce and related AI capabilities.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy and support Salesforce solutions.
• SQL/SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with APIs and modern integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data360 and AI-enabled use cases.
• Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs and automation.
• Automate business processes across Sales Cloud and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-value AI workflows.
• Ensure governance, data quality and security across platforms.
