Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
• 10+ years in technical product management, software development, or technical coaching delivering large‑scale digital products.
• Expertise in TDD, refactoring, design patterns, and modern software craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI SDLC strategy and adoption across engineering teams.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and real‑code sessions to improve software craftsmanship.
• Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
