Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentic AI Business Analyst to design, implement, and optimize Agentforce-powered solutions. You will translate business needs into detailed Salesforce requirements, define agent behavior, and support secure, scalable deployments within complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, process consulting, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and related concepts.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Flow, security, and integrations.
• Experience translating business needs into Salesforce specs and user stories.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
• Experience supporting automation, AI, or decision-support initiatives.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to identify Agentforce opportunities.
• Document current and future processes, journeys, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define Agentforce use cases, topics, instructions, and escalation requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams to design Salesforce solutions.
• Support integration of Agentforce with Salesforce clouds and enterprise apps.
• Identify data requirements, access controls, and data quality considerations.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
• Establish measurable evaluation criteria for AI agents and outcomes.
• Ensure security, reliability, and business value of Agentforce deployments.
