Minus Forty QBD Corp. (DBA “Aeritek”) seeks a Sales Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex customer projects, coordinating Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance.

The role centers on large-scale equipment deployments and direct interactions with customer project teams to manage timelines and outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in project management, strong leadership, and experience with large retail environments.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary in business administration, project management, operations, engineering or computer science.
• PMP or CAPM certification or equivalent is an asset.
• Experience in refrigeration or similar equipment industry is beneficial.
• Experience working directly with customers in large retail chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale customer projects with multi-location deployments.
• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and tracking mechanisms.
• Serve as primary operational liaison between Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, vendors and customers.
• Monitor production schedules, shipments, and delivery timelines; identify risks and coordinate actions.
