Job summary

TBT Engineering seeks an experienced project leader to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary projects across its divisions. You will guide internal teams and external stakeholders to meet client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Earth Science, Management, or related discipline.
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects across TBTE's divisions, ensuring scope, schedule, and resources align.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with effective collaboration between divisions and project staff.
• Develop, review, and approve project plans, specifications, and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact with contractors, architects, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate staff.
• Contribute to proposal development and client relationship management.
