Job summary

ATCO Frontec, within the North of 60 Projects Team, seeks a versatile Site Operations Manager to lead field execution on large-scale projects in remote environments. This role demands hands-on leadership, broad technical knowledge, and disciplined planning across electrical, mechanical, and civil domains.

You will coordinate multi-discipline activities, ensure safety and quality, and manage planning, logistics, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading field execution on construction, industrial, infrastructure, or equipment installation projects.
• Broad practical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, controls, civil, structural, and general construction.
• Experience supervising employees, trades, subcontractors, and vendors in active project environments.
• Ability to interpret varied design drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site execution with limited oversight, maintaining a safe, accountable, and productive site culture.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, civil, structural, and general construction activities; read drawings and specs.
• Support execution planning, sequencing, and mobilization for remote projects.
• Lead safety, quality, and turnover activities; stop or correct unsafe or non-compliant work.
• Prepare concise daily reports covering progress, manpower, equipment, and constraints; manage documentation.
