Columbia Sportswear Canada, based in London, Ontario, is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to accelerate digital commerce for wholesale partners. The role reports to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager and focuses on providing enriched assets for best-in-class product representation.

The candidate will support MAP policy communications, vendor agreements, and policy documentation, while enforcing marketplace standards across Canadian digital channels.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office suite and data tools.
• Experience handling sales operations workflows and reports.
• Ability to analyze data and support sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium brand assets and product copy to wholesale partners.
• Communicate MAP policies and manage online partner lists for Canada.
• Manage vendor agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal.
• Ensure all active vendor agreements remain current with key partners.
• Maintain internal policy docs, New Account Setup, Terms of Sale, and routing guides.
• Lead development and enforcement of marketplace policies for brand channels in Canada.
