Columbia Sportswear Canada seeks a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst at our London, Ontario headquarters. This role supports accelerating digital commerce with wholesale partners by providing enriched assets and ensuring best-in-class product representation.

You will manage MAP policies, vendor agreements, and ensure catalog accuracy across Columbia, SOREL, and Mountain Hardwear brands in Canada. The position requires strong Excel skills and experience with sales tools within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in a business environment, preferably with sales tool experience.
• Excellent Excel skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cohesive, premium brand experiences by providing product copy, tech sheets, and images to wholesale partners.
• Communicate and manage seasonal MAP policies across all wholesale accounts for Columbia, SOREL, and Mountain Hardwear.
• Monitor MAP compliance and maintain the online partner list for Canada.
• Manage vendor agreement processes with internal stakeholders and legal.
• Ensure all active vendor agreements remain current for key wholesale partners.
