Convoy Supply Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Outside Sales team in the construction materials sector across North America. You will steer regional sales strategies, coach reps, and cultivate key contractor and account relationships to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in construction materials, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales leadership in construction materials.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications (asset).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Outside Sales Representatives to meet sales and margin goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs, joint sales calls, and performance reviews.
• Drive growth through new business development and market expansion.
• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, vendors, and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure use of Salesforce and other systems for pipelines and reporting.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and execution.
• Review sales performance and provide coaching and accountability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and sales planning.
• Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, networking functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes and safety expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
