PICTON Investments is seeking a Lead, Senior Sales Enablement to enhance the effectiveness of Retail Sales. Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will translate commercial priorities into programs, tools and processes that improve adoption and results.

The role requires 10+ years in sales enablement, strong CRM experience (Salesforce), and proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Asset Management/Financial Services.

Competenze

• 10+ years in sales enablement or related discipline, with enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience supporting a distributed sales organization and partnering with senior sales leaders.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical tools, programs and measures.
• Strong CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Proven project and change-management skills across multiple initiatives.
• Experience mentoring others and influencing without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in asset management or financial services is required.
