Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing improvements across our operations teams. You will own the program portfolio, define roadmaps, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into actionable initiatives.

You will lead end‑to‑end program execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure outcomes align with business priorities. The role requires a hands‑on, data‑driven approach in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross‑functional programs and initiatives aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop clear program roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Establish governance and communications to keep executives informed on status, risks and impact.
• Identify risks and issues, propose data‑backed solutions, and drive timely resolutions.
