Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate email campaigns for leaders and wholesalers, track results and prepare updates.
• Process and track vendor invoices to support timely payments.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular updates to wholesalers and sales leaders.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual advisor events and educational programs.
• Administer continuing education credit processes and certificates.
• Prepare ad hoc Salesforce and Power BI reports and provide insights.
• Maintain advisor assignments in Salesforce and coordinate ownership.
• Support adoption of new sales tools and technologies through training.
• Assist with national sales initiatives and special projects.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including system access and documents.
