Job summary

PICTON Investments is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Associate to drive growth in investment solutions. You will work closely with the Vice President, Retail Sales to develop new business and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance is required.
• Completion or progress toward Canadian Securities Course certification is preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience in financial services or related industry.
• Bilingualism in French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and grow the advisor base using consultative sales approaches.
• Support the assigned Vice President, Retail Sales in business development.
• Develop business plans and identify growth opportunities within territories.
• Meet and exceed activity targets for meetings, calls, and emails.
