Empire Roofing Corporation is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and commercial sales team. This role coordinates activities, maintains documentation, and ensures the sales process runs efficiently from opportunity through project completion.

Formación

• 4+ years of administrative or sales coordination experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced Salesforce experience for lead management and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-service oriented.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager and sales representatives.
• Prepare client documents, presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate information between sales representatives, clients, project teams, and internal departments.
• Support the sales team in maintaining an organized and efficient sales process.
• Assist with customer outreach initiatives and preparation of marketing materials.
• Maintain CRM data, reporting, and pipeline updates.
• Generate and analyze sales performance reports and forecasts.
