The role demands strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, with visits to job sites when required and a willingness to coordinate with field crews, suppliers, and internal teams to keep

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or project coordination.
• Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, transportation, or a similar industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites when required.
