Empire Roofing Corporation is seeking an Experienced Service Coordinator in Windsor to manage scheduling, dispatching crews, and coordinating multiple projects. The role involves clear communication with customers, field crews, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality service.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in service coordination or related fields, and a background in roofing/construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or project coordination.
• Experience in roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, transportation, or a similar industry is an asset.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites when required.
