Qualifikationen

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
• 6+ years of health & safety experience in energy/renewable or petrochemical sectors.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and safe work practices at renewable installations.
• CRSP, CSP or similar certification; willingness to obtain certification within a set timeframe.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence decisions.

Aufgaben

• Lead Safety Management Program initiatives and contractor safety programs across operations.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture, improve compliance, and develop corrective actions.
• Provide advanced regulatory knowledge, audits, inspections, investigations, and safe work practices guidance.
• Analyze safety trends and incidents to identify improvement opportunities and implement risk mitigation.
• Mentor safety professionals, facilitate training, and support emergency response.
