Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to provide strategic health and safety leadership across renewable power programs and operating sites in Canada. You will drive safety culture, prevent serious injuries and fatalities, and ensure regulatory and company requirements are met through collaboration with leaders, employees and contractors.

The role requires 6+ years of HSE experience in renewables or oil and gas, CRSP or CSP certification, strong data analysis and risk mitigation skills,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of health & safety experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries.
• CRSP, CSP, or equivalent safety certification (or plan to obtain within timeframe).
• Ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence cross-team decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety Management Program initiatives and contractor safety programs.
• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and comply with regulations.
• Mentor safety professionals and lead cross-functional projects; support emergency response.
