Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to provide strategic health and safety leadership across renewable power programs and operating sites. You will strengthen safety culture, prevent serious injuries, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Travel to field sites and collaboration with leaders, employees, and contractors are essential to drive continuous improvement. You will lead safety programs, mentor teams, and support Emergency Response activities, aiming for safer operations and aligned

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• CRSP/CSP certification (or equivalent) or willing to obtain within timeframe.
• 6+ years of health & safety experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• French language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Safety Management Program initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze safety data and develop corrective action plans.
• Mentor safety professionals and support training and emergency response.
