Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to lead health and safety across renewable power programs and operating sites in Ontario. You will drive safety culture, prevent injuries, and ensure regulatory compliance with internal requirements.

This role partners with leaders, employees and contractors to continuously improve safety programs and outcomes. Join Enbridge to influence safety strategy, manage risk, and mentor safety professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
• 6+ years of health & safety experience in renewable energy/oil and gas.
• CRSP/CSP or equivalent certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lead change and influence decisions across teams.
• Strong investigation, data interpretation, and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and SIF prevention across operations and partners.
• Lead SAFETY Management Program initiatives and contractor safety programs.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture and develop corrective actions.
• Provide advanced expertise on regulations, audits, investigations, and safe work practices.
• Analyze safety data to identify improvement opportunities and solutions.
• Mentor safety professionals and support emergency response activities.
