Alstom in Toronto is seeking a Senior Risk Coordinator to lead risk management across large rail projects. You will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, opportunities, and savings with Project Managers, Scheduling, and Cost Control teams.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in risk management, experience with Monte Carlo assessments, QCRA/QSRA, and relevant certifications. The role offers a collaborative, data-driven environment and opportunities to influence pricing and schedules.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks, savings, and opportunities within our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Core Teams, Scheduling, and Cost Control), facilitate workshops to gather inputs for risk analysis, and provide actionable insights through robust risk reporting and dashboards.
You’ll specifically take care of creating and maintaining the consolidated Risk and Opportunity Register, but also leading quantitative risk analyses to inform target pricing and schedule planning.

The expected compensation for this role is $90,000 – $118,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
