Could you be the full-time Project Coordinator – Track Access in Toronto, Canada, we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your coordination and organizational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all track access requirements are planned and delivered in compliance with Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR). Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as sub-system teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners), monitor administrative authorizations, and manage stakeholder requirements through regular meetings and communication. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating worksite activities and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of booking worksites through the Metrolinx Network Access Planning Tool (NAPT) system and managing work area handovers, but also assist with administrative applications and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

The expected compensation for this role is $79,500 – $104,500 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
