ALSTOM Gruppe in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Project Configuration and Change Controller to safeguard the project configuration through its lifecycle and manage the change process. You’ll work with engineering, system assurance, and project management teams to coordinate configuration activities.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the project configuration under control throughout its lifecycle and managing the change process. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, system assurance, and project management teams), coordinate configuration and change management activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining accuracy and completeness of configuration items and organizing Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, but also generate and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) reports to drive continuous improvement.

The expected compensation for this role is $75,000 – $95,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
