Alstom in Toronto, ON is seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to lead bid strategy, pricing, and governance for complex rail projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Tax, Insurance, and commercial groups to shape winning proposals and maintain QCDP targets.
The role requires 5+ years in bid/tender management, strong Excel and project-controlling skills, and fluency in English. Open Book/Stage Gate experience is a plus; collaboration and urgency are valued.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our bids, ensuring alignment with client needs and driving the On-Corridor Works project forward. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Finance, Tax, Insurance), lead bid preparation in line with our signalling and solutions strategy, and oversee the tender process from start to finish.
You’ll specifically take care of defining bid operational strategies and coordinating cross-functional efforts, but also contribute to customer negotiations and ensure compliance with Alstom’s bid governance processes.

The expected compensation for this role is$110,000 – $145,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
