Job summary

ApprovalMax is a leading B2B software company enabling automated approvals for bills and expenses. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will analyze revenue and marketing data, collaborate with marketing, sales, and finance, and drive data-driven improvements using AI tools to enhance GTM workflows.

You will work with CRM systems and reporting platforms, develop dashboards for leadership, and support scalable processes across the RevOps function in a global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in analytics within SaaS or consulting is preferred.
• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources (CRM, sales tools, marketing automation, databases).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to revenue and customer behavior.
• Use statistical methods and visualization tools to present insights clearly.
• Evaluate existing processes across marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and support.
• Propose scalable, automated solutions and work with CRM teams to implement them.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for revenue growth and efficiency.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Track the impact of changes against KPIs.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate reporting workflows.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled solutions into GTM workflows and CRM automation.
