Coveo Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior II Revenue Operations Business Partner to align Sales leadership with strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and drive scalable improvements across revenue teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions and lead cross-functional projects that enhance how our Sales organization operates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a similar business partnering role.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with a track record of turning complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in an evolving environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, translating priorities into revenue-generating initiatives.
• Support sales operation cadences with rigorous processes, data-driven insights and critical thinking.
• Manage and continuously improve sales territories; own quota assignment and tracking.
• Lead high-priority projects that evolve how our Sales organization operates, from redesigning processes to improving workflows and tools.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to create simpler, more effective and scalable ways of working.
• Partner across Revenue Operations to drive initiatives toward measurable business outcomes.
