Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Windsor, Ontario to deliver exceptional customer service while driving profitable growth. You will manage a shadow portfolio, deepen existing client relationships for credit and non-credit products, and work with lending advisory groups to optimize solutions.

You will lead client interactions, identify opportunities, and develop plans to address customer needs while aligning with TD's risk framework and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree or 10+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong relationship management and advisory skills.
• Knowledge of credit assessment and commercial banking products.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of relationship management for an assigned portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor to meet customer needs with creative banking solutions.
• Develop strategies to attract, acquire, and retain commercial banking clients.
• Oversee credit requests with high-quality risk assessment and structuring.
