Harbinger Network Inc. is a Canadian recruitment firm seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruiter) for remote work on a commission-based model. The role focuses on building a personal book of business, developing client relationships, and managing full-cycle recruitment across Canada.

You will leverage a national infrastructure, mentor support, and access to client databases to grow your pipeline and deliver top candidates. Strong sales experience is essential.

• Build and grow your own portfolio of client relationships.
• Leverage our existing client database & lead generation to accelerate your pipeline.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Draw on internal resources and team support to fill vacancies efficiently.
• Collaborate with the broader team to match the right candidates to the right roles.
• Support your business development efforts with social media outreach and marketing activity to build your personal brand and pipeline.
