Client Development Executive – Remote (Commission-Based)

Location: Alberta, Canada

Position Summary

As a Client Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing a client portfolio across one or more of the sectors we service, including Banking & Financial Services, Construction, Engineering, Government, Human Resources, Information Systems & Technology, Legal & Administration, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Real Estate & Architecture. The ideal candidate is an experienced 360 recruiter with a proven track record of business development success and a desire to grow within a supportive, national platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, positioning Harbinger Network as a trusted third-party recruitment partner
• Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients within your assigned sectors
• Leverage our established client database to accelerate relationship-building and revenue generation
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful candidate placements for client vacancies
• Ensure client needs are understood and consistently met with high-quality recruitment solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing industry experience as a Recruiter, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager
• Industry experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Accounting/Finance across Canada
• Demonstrated track record of successful business development and client relationship management
• Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a focus on quality service delivery
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
