Noel Group, a division of the Facilitas Group, is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a proven background in 360 recruitment and a strong understanding of at least one of the following sectors: Construction, Warehouse & Logistics, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or Life Science & Engineering.

About the Role

As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
Deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions across your sector of focus
Source and attract top candidates through various sourcing strategies
Engage in proactive business development and attend relevant networking events
Collaborate with the management team on new projects and strategic initiatives
Develop effective sales and sourcing plans to meet and exceed targets

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 or 2 years’ agency recruitment experience, ideally in one of the listed sectors
Proven success in a 360 recruitment role, including business development and account management
Ability to manage key client relationships and confidently pitch to stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to exceed targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own desk effectively
